This project proposes the change of use of the building from commercial to cultural.

In the central part of the ground floor, an exhibition space is planned, utilizing the double height of the opening of the first floor slab. The southern elongated section is an extension of the exhibition space with special provision for video projections. The fixed opening located on the side of the building on Stoa Matala will be converted into a new central entrance, while maintaining the existing entrance on 28th October Street, thus creating a reception area inside. In the background, the space with the alcove and the northwestern section serve the development of a demo room and a green room, with the possibility of isolation from the rest of the ground floor with movable partitions.

On the first floor, office space is planned with auxiliary kitchen and WC areas, while in the background, an assembly area and a lecture hall are delimited, always with the possibility of isolation from the rest of the floor with movable partitions.

The basement space is mainly intended for auxiliary uses. The existing WC will be renovated, creating a WC for disabled people, and storage areas, dressing rooms and a bathroom will be added to the remaining spaces.

On the second floor, the use will remain as it is and a WC area will be created; no new layout is planned.

Both existing stairwells and the existing elevator shaft that serves all levels of the Building are preserved as they are.
