The placement of the building volumes at different levels seeks their optimal arrangement in relation to the ground contours and the orientation of closed and open spaces, according to the standards of the architectural tradition of the place. The eastern part of the composition faces the privileged panoramic view towards the port of Gavrio of Andros, while protecting the common areas from the northerly winds.

The individual structures are ground-floor so that the new building does not deform and does not exceed the rear ridge.

Access is provided from the south side of the plot through the parking area at an altitude of 42.00m., from where the movement of visitors is channeled through shaped plateaus and small stairs to the apartments with independent entrances.

The aim is to create a visually unified and harmonious building complex in environmental balance with the landscape. All areas of the complex have access to the paved surfaces of the entrance, as well as to further adjacent paved platforms, which connect the apartments with the communal landscaped area and the swimming pool.
