Can Cisa is dedicated to natural wines, or “free wines”, as the owners call them, substances without make-up, without corrections, without retouching. The vineyard without any fuss.

Continuing with tradition by innovating. The reverence for the barrels, the aroma they give off and the atmosphere they have generated over the years, lead us to preserve the memory and the function of a place committed to the neighborhood.

The space is articulated in various settings, allowing the coexistence of different uses (shop, cafeteria, restaurant-bar), leading the visitor to discover the spaces sequentially, and inviting them to immerse themselves in them.

From the main entrance, on Princesa street, you enter the part reserved for the sale of wines and gastronomic products. The product display cabinet and the sales counter are juxtaposed on the opposite wall by a regular, continuous and three-dimensional metal framework that, by dissolving, supports the bottles, the absolute protagonists of the space.

The small bar in the adjacent room is the frame of the shop, framed by a structure that holds the barrels of bulk wine, suggesting to the customer the existence of other situations beyond. This space becomes a hinge, both in terms of distribution and functionality.

From here, as from the small street Barra de Ferro, you can access the Bar Brutal. Previously this space was used as a warehouse. An imposing bar covered in old recycled wood ensures the continuity of the two rooms divided by the arches. In a third room, smaller in size, there is the cellar, with the wines at controlled temperature and a long table, creating the most intimate space in the restaurant.

Rehabilitating the two large openings on this street has allowed, through a framework in the lower part of the exterior carpentry, the passage of light, without sacrificing the privacy of the interior of the room.
