The Project is made up from 2 distinct buildings: the first intended for Social houses, the second for moderate-rent housing. The geometric conformation and the arrangement of the two buildings in the plot generate a unitary but hierarchical public space: in the intersection between viale Indipendenza and via Costa the public space of the neighborhood, while going further into the lot you reach the public space of the tenants. The activities on the ground floor further highlight the differentiation: commercial for the first, laundry, toy library and workshop for the second. The ground floor, enriched by green areas and paved areas, therefore constitutes a pleasant common space for relationships between the two residential blocks and the rest of the neighborhood.
