The architects’ goal is to represent the local traditional architecture in the forms, proportions, scale and materials that derive from the settlement and its building stock. That is, it tries to adapt the modern way of building construction and the new functional needs of the residents to the traditional standards of the immediate environment.

The ground floor volumes that are formed are either in contact or connected with pergolas and courtyards, creating a single architectural ensemble. They have a simple geometric form consisting of distinct units of prismatic volumes in the shape of a square and a rectangular parallelepiped.
